According to NAIJALOG, this reconciliation comes a year after Toyin Abraham publicly called for peace via Instagram, urging an end to the ongoing rivalry involving herself, Funke Akindele, and Mercy Aigbe.
Putting past differences behind them, the two stars recently followed each other again on Instagram and exchanged warm, friendly messages. Toyin showed her support by commenting on one of Funke’s videos, writing, “Aunty Funke, you hot oooo.”
In a playful response, Funke replied, “Toyin lol, onijogbon. Thanks dear,” affectionately calling her “troublesome” in Yoruba, signaling a lighthearted and genuine reconciliation.
