Nollywood actress Adunni Ade has firmly shut down rumors claiming her beauty and the attention she receives from admirers have kept her from getting married.
The speculation began after Instablog9ja posted a quote on X (formerly Twitter), allegedly from the actress, stating:
“I used to be the center of attention—admired, desired, and blessed with a beauty that opened doors. Yet, here I am… still unmarried.”
The post, which featured Adunni Ade’s photo, quickly sparked online debate, with many interpreting it as a sign of regret over her single status despite her fame and looks.
In response, the actress immediately addressed the issue by publicly calling out the media outlet. She quoted the post and issued a stern warning, demanding that it be removed within 24 hours or face legal consequences.
Adunni, a single mother of two, firmly denied ever making such a statement, emphasizing that it was entirely false and not drawn from any legitimate source.
“Kindly delete this post within 24 hours or my legal team will take action. Stop spreading fake news in my name just for engagement,” she stated.
