Controversial critic, VeryDarkMan, has released alleged evidence implicating renowned gospel singer Mercy Chinwo in her ongoing lawsuit against her former record label boss, Eezee Tee.
Mercy Chinwo and Eezee Tee are currently entangled in a legal dispute, with the singer accusing her former boss of fraud and financial exploitation.
VeryDarkMan Weighs in on the Lawsuit
In a recent development, VeryDarkMan took to Instagram to share his take on the case, presenting evidence that raises concerns about the legal proceedings.
In his video, he alleged that the prosecutor handling the case, Mikel Ezekwe, has previously been sanctioned by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) for alleged human rights violations.
Additionally, he pointed out that the presiding judge, Omaeye Alexander, follows Mercy Chinwo on Instagram, sparking questions about a possible conflict of interest.
VeryDarkMan expressed concerns about potential bias in the case, suggesting that the judge should recuse himself due to his apparent connection to the gospel singer.
“This case should be assigned to a neutral individual, preferably a Muslim judge who may not know Mercy Chinwo, does not listen to gospel music, and has no affiliation with Eezee Concept,” he asserted.
