A video that has been leaked on the internet appears to show the famous Afrobeat singer, Davido Adeleke, begging and in tears while on his knees. The video came after a picture of the singer in a cozy position with an American stylist named Courtney surfaced on social media, which caused a variety of reactions.
While being criticized by Nigerians, the model’s friend posted a video of Davido pleading profusely on his knees, which has since been deleted. In the video, the singer can be heard saying, “Please, I’m on my knees, oh my days, oh my days.”
Bonita Maria, the friend of the American model, shared the video and captioned it, “This is who y’all attacking me over? Leave me alone.” The post has since received disappointed reactions from fans of the singer in his home country, many of whom mentioned the constant disrespect towards his wife, Chioma Adeleke.
