The Glazers family, owners of Manchester United is set to announce the sacking of David Moyes after a series of terrible results that does not depict the essence of the club, reports the DailyTelegragh.
United fans have suffered some abysmal results since David Moyes took over reigns at the club losing games at home against the likes of Newcastle, Everton, and Westbrom with the team looking off colour most times this season.
The current premier league champions were knockout of the Champions league by Bayern Munich, and they are not in the running for the FA Cup, or even the Capital one cup and to cap the misery for its supporters their League performances has been a calamity with the team placing a disappointing seventh on the premier league log with just 57points after losing a massive eleven games this season, six of which was at home.
Mark Ogden of the Daily Telegraph reports: “The 50-year-old’s reign could end before Saturday’s Old Trafford encounter with Norwich City if he chooses to seek assurances over his future which executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward is unlikely to be able to offer.”
The reports also claim that Ryan Giggs may remain in charge for the last four games of the season as United are already looking at Borussia Dortmund’s Jurgen Klopp and Atletico Madrid’s Diego Simeone and sources inside the club claims that the three times European Champions have refused to deny speculations about David Moyes impending removal as manager of the prestigious club.
United again lost to Everton at the weekend which made it the first time in the history of the club that both Merseyside clubs; Liverpool and Everton defeated the Red Devils home and away in a single season which has now left the Champions in danger of missing out of the Europa Cup as they are six points behind sixth placed Tottenham Hotspurs.
